Two anti-riot police died and five more were injured after a part of Paraguay's national football stadium collapsed two weeks ago.
This happened during one football match when a block of cement that was part of Defensores del Chaco Stadium's structure fell seven meters on to the police.
Just last year, the stadium was approved to be in a good state to host international competitions by FIFA.
