2.6 tons of marijuana seized

At least 2.6 tons of marijuana was seized at the southern portion of the country, near the border with Argentina, through two police operations, said the police officer two weeks ago.

The first operation led to the confiscation of 1.71 tons of marijuana near the Parana River, while the other operation confiscated almost a ton of pot in a truck that stopped by one of the checkpoints of the National Police.

Arrested Militants for the Paraguay Military Post Attack

When the government tends to show all kinds of corruption, the people have no choice than to seek justice for themselves, this is some of the reasons on why people become militant. Step Up to Avoid Dengue Epidemic

Paraguay official stepped up health measures in the country to avoid a dengue epidemic from from happening again like previously. The top priority is to stop the propagation of the disease which starts on wiping out the breeding grounds of its carrier, the Aedes Aegypti mosquito. One sick person was already identified and confirmed to has the disease in a town in Asuncion and 10 more are under observation. The epidemic cyle was ruled out but it could still be possible for this period so citizens was urged to clean up possible nesting ground of the mosquitos
