Paraguay's new President Fernando Lugo visited Brazil to talk about earning for his poor country more money for a dam on the countries shared border also considered as the largest hydroelectric project in the world.He is planning to change the treaty between the two countries that will give each nation half the electricity that the dam generates.
The treaty was signed in 1973 by dictators of both country and will expire in 2023.
