Considered to be Paraguay's Barack Obama, former Roman Catholic bishop and current Paraguayan President Fernando Lugo has his hands full as well. Just recently, he signed a $30 million agreement last month with the US ambassador to boost the judiciary and police force of Paraguay and to eliminate corruption and patronage.
Of course the former bishop had his share of scandals, but everyday is workday for him.
